⚠ During this lockdown, Rydon self-storage facilities remain open for use by essential services and people that are allowed to travel under government guidance. The office will remain closed and by appointment only.
At Rydon Self Storage, the health and well-being of our customers and colleagues is our number one priority. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers and colleagues for their patience, courtesy and considerations during this testing time.
⚠ Rydon Self Storage is a low traffic facility. However, in the interest of public and colleague safety, we politely ask all customers to wear a face-covering or mask whilst in-store.
We continue to provide storage services to our business and domestic customers.
Storage and distribution remain open to support essential online and offline retail and is a key component within the UK’s supply and logistics chains. Our services are also integral to the housing, construction, and property sectors which continue to be open and active.
Our Opening Hours
Our store continues to operate its normal opening hours. These are:
Monday to Saturday 7 am – 7 pm
Sunday 10 am – 2 pm
RECEPTION WILL BE CLOSED AND RUN VIRTUALLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, WE WILL OPEN STRICTLY WITH AN APPOINTMENT ONLY IF A CUSTOMER NEEDS IT

Looking after our team members and customers
The health and safety of our team members and customers is our principal priority. Our storage facilities are large buildings yet not crowded places and generally, we have a low intensity of use.
Our storage facilities continue to be monitored externally out of opening hours to provide additional customer service and maintain security.
Customers can complete the sign-up process in our reception when they move-in having booked an appointment. All deliveries must be notified to email@example.com customers will be notified as normal and be expected to collect them promptly.
We would ask our customers to be patient and to respect and observe our notices relating to these operational changes.
We continue to closely monitor information from the UK Government and Public Health officials and to follow all guidelines to ensure we are doing everything we can to continue to provide a clean and safe environment for all our valued customers and team members.
